Muharram 2024: Islamic New Year to begin from July 8 in India after moon not sighted on Friday

The Masjid-e-Nakhoda Markazi Rooyat-e-Hilal Committee after its meeting in Nakhoda Masjid on Saturday unanimously declared that the first day of Muharram-Ul-Haram will begin from Monday July 8 as the moon was not sighted on July 6.
